A blend of buttermilk and vegetable oils that can be used as a dairy cream alternative, providing superior reliability. Meadowland is less likely to split when added to a dish, even when heated and mixed with alcohol or citric juices. Use Meadowland double cream alternative to thicken a butter chicken curry sauce, or whisk together with mascarpone, caster sugar and Marsala wine to make a tiramisu. 1 litre of Meadowland double cream makes 2.5ltrs when whipped. Suitable for vegetarians.Each carton is 1L.
