Meadowland is less likely to split when added to a dish, even when heated and mixed with alcohol or citric juices. Use Meadowland double cream alternative to thicken a butter chicken curry sauce, or whisk together with mascarpone, caster sugar and Marsala wine to make a tiramisu. 1 litre of Meadowland double cream makes 2.5ltrs when whipped.
