With only 38 calories per biscuits, they are a much healthier alternative to many biscuits on the market. Try mixing together crumbled rich tea biscuits, unsalted butter, caster sugar, whisked eggs and dark chocolate pieces, and drizzle white chocolate over the top to make a deliciously British rich tea biscuit cake. Made with no artificial colours or flavours and no hydrogenated vegetable oil. Suitable for vegetarians.
