Blue Horizon Frozen MSC Gluten Free Breaded Pollock 50-70g
A portion of Pollock block formed into a fillet shape then battered, coated in gluten free breadcrumbs and flash fried. Serve with chips and mushy peas for a great-tasting traditional British dish. This product comes from a fishery which has been independently certified to the MSC standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery. Product is frozen and packed into a lined case, labelled and sealed. There are 60 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is approximately 50 - 70g.
