Frozen uncooked skinless and boneless tuna fillets with a 10% ice glaze. Tuna is a wonderful meaty fish with a subtle flavour, perfect for chargrilling. They are large, impressive fish with smooth, bullet-shaped bodies, deeply forked tail fins and thick, glossy skin. Line caught in the Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean and then produced in Vietnam and Sri Lanka. Each tuna fillet is approximately 170-230g in size and there are 10 tuna fillets in every pack.
