A traditional Halloumi cheese from Cyprus made from cows, goats and sheep's milk.. Ideal for enjoying alongside fresh fruit or vegetables, thanks to it being the only cheese that does not melt when heated, it is also excellent cut into thick slices and barbequed or fried. Great in salads, wraps, burgers or grilled as a starter served with sweet chilli sauce. Each block is 250g.
