Chef William Golden Breadcrumbs
A dried orange coloured breadcrumb with a characteristic baked cereal flavour. These golden breadcrumbs are perfect for coating, meat or fish cutlets. Lightly dip the meat or fish pieces in a batter mix and then simply coat them in the golden breadcrumbs. Then just fry until golden brown and they are ready to be served. Each packet contains 3kg of breadcrumbs.
