Wonderfully light, ambient cocoa sponge sheets are ready to be topped with your favourite filling. It can be used as cake layers or rolled to form a cream and jam filled roll. Each sheet has a thickness of 7mm a length of 580mm and a width of 378mm. There are 12 sheets in each pack.
