Pidy Mini Neutral Straight Sided Tellines Tartlets 4cm
These straight sided neutral tellines are ideal for use with either hot or cold fillings. The pastry is quite neutral in taste, and so can be used equally well with savoury or sweet fillings. Can be frozen after filling. For example, they can be re-baked to make mini quiches, or with a vanilla cream filling and dusted with sugar to make mini Creme Brulee. Type of pastry: Neutral shortcrust. There are 480 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 4cm in diameter and 1.5cm in height.
