Stokes Sauces use a natural emulsion of eggs combined with the finest extra virgin olive oil and rapeseed oil to form a rich and creamy tasting mayonnaise. Only British free range whole eggs are used too, and a healthy dash of mediterranean extra virgin olive oil for a really luxurious finish. Mix Stokes Real Mayonnaise with creme fraiche for a deliciously creamy dressing for salads, fish or new potatoes. These portion sachets reduce waste and provide better portion control.
