These disposable 32ml single portion sachets are ideal for use in cafes, hotels or restaurants as they are the perfect serving size. Stokes Sauces use a natural emulsion of eggs combined with the finest extra virgin olive oil and rapeseed oil to form a rich and creamy tasting mayonnaise. Only British free range whole eggs are used too, and a healthy dash of mediterranean extra virgin olive oil for a really luxurious finish. Mix Stokes Real Mayonnaise with creme fraiche for a deliciously creamy dressing for salads, fish or new potatoes. These portion sachets reduce waste and provide better portion control. Each sachet is 32ml. There are 80 sachets in each wholesale case.
