Galabani Bel Paese Portions
Bel Paese is a mild, semi soft Italian cow's milk cheese invented by Egidio Galbani in 1906. This pale yellow cheese has a creamy, buttery flavour and gentle milky aroma reminiscent of mozzarella. The sem-soft paste is matured for about six to eight weeks, yielding a smooth texture that slices easily. Bel Paese melts beautifully, making it perfect for pizzas, casseroles, risottos and pasta, and it pairs well with fruits like apples, pears and figs.
