Pidy Profiteroles 4cm
Pidy's mini choux pastry profiteroles are hand-mixed the traditional way using butter, fresh whole eggs and a select grade of pastry flour. To serve, fill with patisserie cream and cover with dark chocolate dessert topping sauce. One bottle of chocolate sauce should be enough for 2 boxes of 75 profiteroles. There are 75 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 4cm in diameter.
