Santa Carolina Reserva Sauvignon Blanc
A zesty, floral wine, full of grapefruit and peach fruit flavours with
mineral notes on the long finish. The grapes were grown in the
Leyda Valley estate, which is close to the Pacific Ocean which has
cool salty sea breezes and long ripening periods which make it an
ideal place for Sauvignon Blanc, yielding wines with crisp and lean
acidity. This wine suits fresh seafood, light chicken dishes and soft
cheeses
